• 09:30 – greetig speech (for the Town Mali Lošinji)
• 09:45 – greeting speech (coordinator of the Alpe-Adria convention Paolo Corelli)
• 10:00 – beginning of the presentations of the representatives of the societies (max. 15 min each)
• 12:00 – lunch break (walk to the ex observatory building - lunch - possibility to visit the Museum of the Apoxyomenos)
• 14:00 – resuming the presentations (max. 15 min each)
• 16:00 – final presentation of the Astronomical Society "Leo Brenner"
• 16:15 – selection of the place for the next convention in 2020. (suggestion: Rijeka)
